Privacy by design

The most private place for your family's health.

We built Evening In so that we never have to be trusted with your data — because we never hold it. There is no Evening In server, no account, and nothing for us to see, sell, or lose.

How it actually works

When you add a medication, dose, or appointment, it's written to a private database inside your iCloud account. When you invite a sibling to the care circle, Apple's secure sharing lets their app read and write to that same private record — with your permission, and only for as long as you allow it. At no point does the data pass through a server we operate.

What we can and can't see

We can't see your parent's name, medications, doses, allergies, appointments, or who logged what. We don't have a support console that can read your records, because there's no server for one to connect to. If you email us for help, the only thing we know is what you choose to tell us.

Medical safety

Evening In is a coordination and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice and never calculates dosages — it records the schedule you and your prescriber set. Always follow the guidance of your parent's doctor and pharmacist.
